Golf Women Mean Business is pleased to confirm monthly league play at Stone Mountain Golf Course. Members will gather on the third Sunday of each month for nine holes of golf in a consistent, relaxed setting designed for connection and continuity. This is your opportunity to build relationships, improve your game, and enjoy the camaraderie of fellow professional women golfers in a structured, welcoming environment.

Registration & Payment Policy

Stone Mountain Golf Course requires pre-payment to secure tee times and limit last-minute changes. This policy ensures we maintain our reserved slots and helps the course provide the best possible experience for our group. Pre-registration also allows us to communicate any weather updates or course conditions in advance.

We respect your schedule. Our 4:30 PM tee time means clubs ready, players prepared, and first tee at 4:30. Arrive by 4:15 PM for a smooth start.

Members-Only Participation

League play is exclusively for GWMB members and their invited guests, ensuring a cohesive group of professional women who share your values and commitment to the game.

Pace of Play Standards

We maintain appropriate pace of play and adhere to course standards, creating an enjoyable experience for everyone while respecting the course and other golfers.

League Play Guidelines

Before You Arrive

  • Register and pay by Friday at 5:00 PM prior to your selected Sunday
  • Check your email for confirmation and any course updates
  • Review weather conditions and dress appropriately
  • Ensure your golf equipment is ready and in good condition
  • Plan to arrive 15 minutes before tee time

On the Course

  • Maintain a steady pace of play. Ready golf is encouraged
  • Repair ball marks and divots to keep the course in excellent condition
  • Be courteous to fellow players and other groups on the course
  • Follow all Stone Mountain Golf Course rules and regulations

After Your Round

  • Return golf carts promptly to designated areas
  • Share feedback or suggestions with league coordinators

What if I need to cancel my registration?

Cancellations must be submitted by the Friday deadline to receive a full refund. After the deadline, refunds cannot be processed as the course has already reserved your spot. Contact the league coordinator (Patrina until further notice) immediately if you need to cancel.

Can I bring a guest who is not a GWMB member?

Yes. League play is exclusively for current GWMB members. However, we encourage interested guests to learn more about membership opportunities.

What happens if weather causes a cancellation?

In the event of severe weather or course closure, registered members will be notified by email and text no later than 2:00 PM on the day of play. We will work with Stone Mountain to reschedule or provide refunds as appropriate.

Do I need to register for every month individually?

Yes. Each month requires separate registration and payment. This flexibility allows you to participate in the months that work best for your schedule without committing to the entire season upfront.

What skill level is required to participate?

GWMB league play is open to golfers at varying skill levels. Participants should have a basic understanding of golf play, including fundamental rules, pace of play, and course etiquette. Members who have not previously taken a lesson or clinic are encouraged to do so before joining league play to ensure a smooth and respectful experience for everyone on the course.

Is there a rain check policy?

Stone Mountain Golf Course will make the final determination on course playability. If play is canceled due to weather, you will receive either a full refund or credit toward a future league date, based on your preference.
